We are SURVIVORS

I wanted to let you all know that we survived the camping trip. It was grand fun, despite chilly temps, but our guys kept us warm throughout the night wtith a wicked big fire and warm water bottles at the feet of our sleeping bags. We were visited by two wild dogs (which really looked like the freaky hyenas on Lion King) while sitting around the fire and even had a little bit of snow on our tent in morning. My hands are now just returning to the normal color, instead of the frozen blue/red shade that they became while camping. There are some pictures included with this entry for your viewing pleasure.
What's on the agenda for this week? Well, I just have one day of classes (tomorrow) and then I'm on Thanksgiving break. It will be good to get all of my procrastinated homework done during the two days before we head to Utah. I have two portfolios to put together. They aren't due until the end of the semester but it will be good to get them started. Also, I became crafty over the weekend (Tammy's a crafter) and so I'll be putting up Christmas deco. Usually I don't put up Christmas decorations until AFTER Thanksgiving but since we'll be gone until Sunday, it will be fun to come home to an already decorated house!
