Snow, Snow, Snow

Hello, students...er...I mean, readers. It's been a few days and I have about 4 ounces of energy left so I thought I'd use those few ounces to post.

Student teaching is going swimmingly. I got to take over my first real class today, kind of by accident, but there I was in the front of the room actually teaching. We had a problem student who needed escorting to the office, so Mrs. B let me take over. It was 7th period so I had heard her give the lesson 4 times already, so that made it quite a bit easier. It was fun, once I finally go them to quiet down. Next week, I'll start teaching a little more.

We've received a big snow storm watch for this part and, granted they've been saying this for weeks, we're supposedly in for a HUGE storm this weekend. We're all hoping with all our might for a "Snow Day" on Monday, but who knows what will happen.

Speaking of snow...I got home about 30 minutes ago and it's been snowing quite steadily since then. I went to get my mail and was shocked and awwed at the fact that after an all day snow-spree, our managers have yet to shovel or snow blow the offending snow. On my way to the mailbox, I fell a few times and slipped even more. You think they might get the point when they stand outside and see all sorts of people falling.

Maybe tomorrow.

I highly doubt it.

Love you all.
