Day Light Savings

If you live anywhere but Arizona, Hawaii, or Indiana, it's daylight saving time once again. This is the time of year when we "fall back," instead of "spring forward."

I'm sure glad, too.

Here's my list of reasons why I'm glad we're falling back instead of springing forward:

-When I leave for school at 6:45am, it won't be so dark, I feel like I should still be in bed and, I'll be able to see the many pedestrians J-walking across the street.
-As I write this, my clock says 12:37am, but in daylight savings terms it's 11:37. That means I have one more hour to sleep in tomorrow--not that I can usually sleep in much anyway...
-It doesn't take as long to adjust to the time change, though it is kind of irritating to have the sun go down earlier.
-I'll have less daylight to go running in, but that may force me to actually go running-I hate running in the dark alone.
-I can take out my crockpot and cook my favorite soups for the cold, dark winter nights. YAY! for taco soup and clam chowder!

Don't forget to change your clocks, unless you're my friend Katie. Happy Daylight Savings to all and to all a good night!!
