Suggestions?

Today I've really had it.

I can't remember the last time I walked through a school (as a sub) that I wasn't accused of being a student roaming the halls without a hall pass.

Today, the Principal of the school came in looking for the teacher. I approached her and asked if I could do something for her (by the by, I was wearing a bright yellow badge that said "SUBSTITUTE"). She said, "Oh, no, I'm looking for your teacher."

Argh.

"I'm the substitute."

"Oh, gosh, you look like such a kid."

"Yeah, I get that a lot."

And I'm a bit sick of it! It makes me feel like I can't be treated like a professional.

Besides chopping my slowly growing brown hair to a old-lady bob, I don't know what else to do...

Any suggestions??
