my bathroom is currently occupied

We have visitors!!!

Recently, some new "house guests" have come to spend some time with the Hubert family. We always love having visitors (at least I do, anyway), and try to make anyone feel welcome in our humble abode.

I first welcomed these visitors last week, on Monday, I believe. I was blowdrying my hair, head upside down, and at the same time, greeted my tiny little friends.

Usually I'm excited to have company-we lead a boring life-but these visitors were immediately labled "UNWANTED!!"

I spoke to these little guys, asked them were they hailed from, quenstioned them on thier choice of cuisine, and entertained them the best I knew how considering I was getting ready for work.

Soon, I found out that I wanted these little guys to leave; they were no longer welcome, but I couldn't say the right thing to get them out of my house!!

Basically, what it came down to is that I had to literally sweep them up out of our house and close the door behind them. I thought I had gotten rid of them for good.

But just yesterday, I realized that, without my permission, they came back for another visit. I figured where they are from it must be Spring Break or something, so I tried to have patience with them while I did my little song and dance to keep them occupied.

Currently, they are living in my bathroom. They play games with my fallen strands of hair (have I mentioned I'm loosing my hair?) and have found particular joy climbing in and out of the bathtub, water or no.

It's getting old walking around them and their luggage, they are quite hard to see. I've even tried feeding them poison to kill them in their tracks, but to no avail....

Any ideas on how to get rid of unwated house guests, namely, ANTS!!!!!!!!!????????
