appreciation

Nothing special about today's post. Just a thought of something I appreciate.

A week from Thursday, I'll be on my way to one of my most favorite places. The beautiful Pacific Northwest.

I'm flying up that direction for my best friends wedding. As a mother/daughter getaway, my mom and I will be flying to Seattle on Thursday and driving down to Portland for the big day. I'll be driving right past the local I spent the first three months of my married life. I couldn't be happier.

Though brief, the time I spent in Tacoma with Ben include some of my fondest memories. I loved the green, I loved the rain, I loved the view of Mt. Rainier from my window.

I appreciate this area for its beauty.

And I appreciate my mom for making it possible to visit.
